UIEE — the University Institute of Executive Education — exists to convene, sharpen and credential the African operating class. We are not a business school. We are a sovereign African institute that builds, on African ground, what the continent's leaders have always deserved.

While other African leadership programmes are delivered through university consortia, UIEE is led by seven executives who have collectively operated across 12+ African nations, delivered contracts for the World Bank, EU, UNDP, UNICEF, and multiple governments, and built careers in finance, infrastructure, education, research, and enterprise technology.

Every UIEE programme follows a single rhythm: Deep Immersion · Asymmetric Briefings · Crucible Debrief · Field Visit · Personal Doctrine · Alumni Induction. Participants do not graduate with a certificate. They graduate with a signed doctrine and a lifetime seat in a closed network.
Headquartered in Mbabane, Eswatini — a sovereign African kingdom, neutral and dignified, on SADC ground. Permanent offices in Cape Town, our gateway to global capital and statecraft, and representation across twelve African markets. The institute operates through Afri Resources Pty Limited, registered in both Eswatini and South Africa.
UIEE is led by a world-class, multi-disciplinary team spanning strategy, finance, education, research, technology, and operations. Their combined network provides access to World Bank, EU, UNDP, UNICEF, COMESA, AU, SADC, and the SAP ecosystem.
UIEE builds on the Ubuntu philosophy of interconnected leadership — the understanding that an individual leader's success is inseparable from the success of their community, their organisation, and their continent. This philosophy informs every programme we design and every doctrine our participants author.
The institute operates as the trading name of Afri Resources Pty Limited, established in Eswatini in 2007 and registered in South Africa in 2016. With a 16-year operating history, a roster of 25+ institutional clients across 12 African nations, and an active pipeline with the United Nations Development Programme, UIEE is not a concept — it is a proven institution entering its next chapter of growth.
