UIEE's commitment to transparency, in line with the South African Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and equivalent legislation across the African markets we serve.
Ubuntu Institute for Executive Education (UIEE), operating under Afri Resources Pty Limited (Reg. No. 1461/2016), is committed to transparency and accountability. This Disclosure & Access to Information Policy explains what information we make publicly available, what records may be requested, and the procedure for submitting a formal access-to-information request.
This policy applies to all UIEE operations across South Africa, Eswatini, Kenya, Nigeria, and all other markets where we deliver programmes. Where local legislation differs, the more stringent standard applies.

Requests may be submitted by email, post, or hand delivery to the Information Officer. The statutory response period is 30 calendar days from receipt of the request. An extension of 30 days may be applied in terms of Section 57.

The following fees apply to PAIA requests, as prescribed by the Minister of Justice:

A deposit of one-third of the total access fee may be required for requests exceeding 50 pages or 6 hours of search time.

If a PAIA request is refused, the requester may lodge an internal appeal with the Chief Executive Officer within 60 days of being notified of the refusal. If the internal appeal is unsuccessful, the requester may approach the Information Regulator or the courts.
