UIEE offers 37 executive education programmes across 8 categories: Leadership & Strategy, Public Finance & Governance, PPP & Infrastructure, SAP & Enterprise Systems, Cybersecurity, Agriculture & Development, International Trade & Finance, and Custom Corporate Solutions. Programmes range from 1-day intensives to 8-day certifications.
Masterclasses (3-5 days) focus on strategic thinking and leadership development, with assessment through participation and case studies. Certification programmes (5-8 days) include formal assessment aligned to NQF levels and result in an industry-recognised credential (e.g., SAP FICO certification, EC-Council CEH, ICF coaching credits).

Yes. Most programmes are delivered in three formats: in-person (at our offices or your premises), live virtual (Zoom/Teams), and hybrid. Self-paced online programmes are launching in 2027. The calendar at /calendar/ shows the delivery format for each session.
Visit /apply/ and complete the 3-step online application form. You'll need: your CV, a brief statement of motivation (why this programme, why now), and your contact details. The form takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. After submission, you'll receive a reference number and a confirmation email.
An admissions director will contact you within 10 business days to schedule a screening call. During the call, we'll discuss your professional background, programme fit, and learning objectives. If the programme is a good match, you'll receive a formal offer letter and invoice within 2 business days.
Most executive programmes require 5+ years of professional experience and current employment in a relevant role. Certification programmes may have additional prerequisites (e.g., SAP FICO requires basic accounting knowledge). Specific requirements are listed on each programme page at /programmes/.

Our faculty network comprises 18 named members — each with verified credentials and 15+ years of operating experience. 16 have full published CVs available for download at /faculty/. Faculty include PhD-holding academics, SAP-certified practitioners, ex-government officials, and donor-project specialists.
For executive masterclasses, we maintain a 1:8 ratio (one faculty per 8 delegates). For certification programmes, 1:12. For custom corporate programmes, 1:15. This ensures personalised attention and meaningful interaction.
We measure delegate satisfaction using Net Promoter Score (NPS) after every programme. Our current network average is 4.7/5. We also conduct quarterly faculty reviews, annual curriculum audits aligned to SETA/FASSET requirements, and independent accreditation reviews every 3 years.
The Nkwe Convergence is UIEE's flagship pan-African leadership festival, held in Ezulwini, Eswatini in May 2027. It brings together 500+ executives, government officials, and thought leaders for 5 days of leadership development, cultural exchange, and strategic networking. Register at /bush-fire-festival/register/.
