A practical exercise on the penultimate day — typically a case study analysis or framework application. Assessed on accuracy, depth, and clarity.
Final-day presentation of a 30-day action plan applying course concepts to your organisation. Assessed on: clarity (25%), feasibility (25%), concept application (25%), and presentation quality (25%).
Certification: Delegates who attend 80%+ of the course and achieve a combined score of 60%+ receive the UIEE Certificate of Completion (NQF Level 7-8 aligned). The certificate carries CPD hours recognised by SAICA, ACCA, and CIMA, and is issued digitally within 5 business days of course completion.
