The board comprises 7 directors with diverse expertise across executive education, finance, technology, public sector, and African business:
Oversees financial reporting, internal controls, risk management. Chaired by independent CA(SA).
Sets executive compensation, bonus structures, and long-term incentive plans.
Monitors B-BBEE compliance, POPIA adherence, ESG commitments, and social impact.
Identifies and recommends board candidates. Ensures board diversity and skills coverage.
