Build the team that builds the institution.
Chief Human Resources Officers, HR directors, talent and L&D leads, organisational development practitioners, compensation and benefits managers, and HR business partners
The highly interactive training course on (UIEE-C-755) is a 5 days executive education course delivered in hybrid — physical + virtual. Designed for chief human resources officers, hr directors, talent and l&d leads, organisational development practitioners, compensation and benefits managers, and hr business partners, this course delivers practical frameworks, decision tools, and applied skills you can use the week you return to your desk.
The course is structured around 5 modules spanning intensive in-person masterclasses, virtual + pre/post work, and a post-course application project. Each module combines faculty-led instruction with applied exercises on real HR artefacts — job architectures, competency frameworks, compensation models — and case studies from African employers.
Delivered in 5 cities — Johannesburg, Nairobi, Lagos, Dubai, Mbabane — the course brings together a cohort of 15-25 participants, carefully selected to ensure diversity of sector, geography, and seniority. The peer network you build here is, for many delegates, the single most valuable outcome.
